Purpose

JBB seeks to empower and equip transgender and gender non-confirming (TGNC) individuals with the tools they need to enter the professional workforce. The 6 week program aids TGNC individuals in career finding while fine-tuning resumes, enhancing computer skills, and providing guidance in navigating online job sites. The goal of the program is to set participants up for success while seeking professional careers.
